IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair client’s IT products
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Provide guidance and technical support to clients in person as well as through the phone regarding their hardware/software problems or needs
- Maintain your work in an organized and professional manner
- Keep client’s up to date with their service status
Requirements:
- A passion about technology
- Strong knowledge of hardware and repairing
- Client-oriented service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines
- Fluent Greek/English (Written and Verbal)
- Driver License
Optional skills (Definitely a plus):
- Knowledge of networking and network security
- Knowledge of Russian language

Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients about their IT needs, preparation of offers and following up on their orders
- Providing in-store sales assistance to clients
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Being responsible for promoting services and follow up with existing customer
- Restocking and keeping a tidy well-presented look of our shop
- Cooperating with different departments in solving incoming inquires for clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek and English language both written and spoken
- Have a passion about technology and our industry
- Client-oriented service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
- Recognize sales opportunities
Optional skills (Definitely a plus):
- Knowledge of Russian language
